Our online security data capture and reporting system (Meerkat) offers numerous benefits.

It is an online, hosted system, saving you the considerable expense of having to install a server and the required data network.

No system administration, with its associated costs, is required on your part – we handle all of that for you.

It also means that any of your users are able to securely access the system and use it from any place on the planet where an Internet connection is available.

No special software is required on any of your PCs – the system operates through any of the standard Internet web browsers.

To access the Meerkat demo, login above with the username "demo" and password "demo". Users of the demo are unable to add, edit or delete data.

Daily backups performed ensuring that the risk of data loss is minimised. Again, this requires no action on your part.

Your data is securely stored in encrypted form.

Once data has been entered into the system and saved by any of your users, they are unable to edit or change this data later without your permission. This ensures that no one is able to “change their story” later on. An audit trail of system use and data changes is kept.

The system allows an unlimited number of users to be added at any time ensuring that the system is fully scalable, no matter what your requirements.

All data entry screens, data retrieval screens, reports, graphs etc. are customised to your specific requirements. This is not a generic “one size fits all” system.

The system is able to generate automated reminders to ensure that users capture data and submit reports on time. Where this is not done the system will automatically notify the supervisor.

Regular automated reports can be generated by the system and e-mailed to the relevant recipients as required. Again, this is fully customisable to suit your unique needs.

Any reports can be drawn by the supervisor at any time.

The system stores an indefinite data history, in other words all the data does not expire, it is always available for future reference for purposes of long-term report creation, data mining, historical reviews etc.

All data can be searched and cross referenced in order to allow investigations to be conducted into common events or trends across different data categories, company branches etc.
